It's the best Twitter client I tried so far, but there are a couple of annoyances (mostly voting in polls). Tweetbot feels like Apollos equivalent for Twitter. We've found that Scorecard makes bookkeeping at game nights a breeze. Scan Thing can easily make your pictures backgrounds transparent, while ReTouch will remove pesky things. It basically carries me through my entire work day. If you are into Pomodoro, Pommie is a great timer. Polycam allows you to fool around with that LiDar sensor. Using Vinegar, Youtube in Safari is better than the app. PiPifier allows you to put pretty much any video into PiP, while Vinegar removes the user hostility from Youtube. It's out on Android as well and blows Google Maps out of the water, in my experience. Organic Maps (this is a big one) is Maps, but less shite. KeePassium is the best password manager I've used in my life, Metatext is a great client for the Fediverse and NetNewsWire is the best news feed app in existence. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. Focos is an incredible photo editor, I prefer to retouch my pictures directly on the device nowadays instead of firing up Photoshop on the workstation. there's a lot of similar apps for non org users tho). I use Flat Habits to track habits (but this, again, is org-mode flavored. Element is my instant messaging client of choice, you can combine a lot of different services (including whatsapp) through their element one sub. If you can do some coding, look into Scriptable and Rubyist (my choice) as well, these basically allow you to run arbitrary code in shortcuts. I get a lot of value out of Shortcuts so I extend it where possible, mainly through Data Jar (which acts as a sort of database for use with your shortcuts. There's some great Markdown based ones like Byword, but I guess Agenda wins for best note taking tool for normal people. if you don't know what that is, steer clear. Carrot Weather sources its weather data from the same data that Dark Sky used, so its local forecasts are often accurate and reliable. The iOS weather app has had a few of the features from Dark Sky incorporated into it. beorg and Plain Org are my note-taking apps of choice, but these picks are heavily org-mode flavored. it's pretty full-featured from what I can tell and it's a joy to use. Amplosion will redirect you from shitty /amp/ links Apollo is a great reddit client. I don't have any comparisons, but AdGuard has served me well so far to block ads.
